USCIS Provides Information on New Nonimmigrant COAs for Lightering Activities

USCIS provided information about two new classes of admission (COAs), C4 and D3, for individuals seeking to transit through the United States to join a vessel engaged in foreign trade and undertaking lightering activities for a period of up to 180 days.
