USCIS Publishes Interim Rule on T Nonimmigrant Status

USCIS amended its regulations governing the requirements and procedures for victims of human trafficking who seek T nonimmigrant status. Rule will require USCIS to amend Form I-914. The interim rule will become effective on 1/18/17.
