USCIS Q & A on Filing Instructions for the E-2 CNMI Investor Classification

On 1/20/10, USCIS issued a list of questions and answers on filing instructions for the E-2 Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Investor Classification. The program is only in effect during the transition period which is scheduled to expire on 12/31/14.
