USCIS Reaches Cap for Additional Returning Worker H-2B Visas for Early Second Half of FY2024

USCIS received enough petitions to reach the cap for the additional 19,000 H-2B visas for returning workers for the early second half of FY2024 with start dates from 4/1/24 to 5/14/24. USCIS is still accepting petitions for the additional country-specific allocation of 20,000 H-2B visas.
