USCIS Announces Release of Updated Policy Memo on Accrual of Unlawful Presence and F, J, M Nonimmigrants

USCIS announced the issuance of a revised final policy memo with guidance on the calculation of unlawful presence of those in F, J, and M status and their dependents while in the U.S. Guidance is effective on 8/9/18. USCIS will hold a stakeholder engagement on 8/23/18, more information to come.
