USCIS Releases Form I-9 and E-Verify Guidance During Hurricane Season

USCIS released a fact sheet noting that all Form I-9 requirements remain in effect for areas affected by hurricanes, and that E-Verify also remains available. The fact sheet includes information on how employers should complete Form I-9 if an employee’s documents are lost, stolen, or damaged.
