USCIS Releases New Processing Time Method for Orphan and Hague Applications and Petitions

USCIS announced that starting in mid-November 2022, USCIS will change how it calculates processing times for orphans and Hague cases. It will transition orphan and Hague processing times from the “cycle method” to the new method of “80% completion.”
