USCIS Reminder: Haiti TPS Beneficiaries Must Apply for New EAD

Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
USCIS reminder that for current beneficiaries of Haitian TPS to use their EADs as evidence of employment eligibility after it expires, they must timely file a Form I-766 application to renew. Timely filing would automatically extend the validity of the expired EAD for 180 days until 1/18/18.
