USCIS Reminder: Use the New Form G-28

USCIS flyer reminding stakeholders to use Form G-28 with an edition date of 3/4/15. On 5/18/15, USCIS will no longer accept earlier version of the G-2. Filings submitted with an old version of the G-28 will be accepted (if it meets the criteria) and notices will be sent to the applicant.
