USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for H-1B Petitions Filed on or Before December 21, 2018

USCIS announced that it will resume premium processing on 2/19/19 for all H-1B petitions filed on or before 12/21/18. For pending H-1Bs that have been transferred, a premium processing request must be submitted to the service center now handling the petition.
