USCIS Returns Unselected FY2016 H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions

USCIS alert that on 7/14/15, it finished returning FY2016 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected in the lottery. If an H-1B cap-subject petition was submitted for FY2016, and a receipt notice or returned petition is not received by 7/20/15, please contact USCIS.
