USCIS Publishes Revised Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker

USCIS public statement announcing the availability of a new Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. USCIS says that editions dated January 6, 2010 and later will be accepted until December 30, 2012. After this date, they will only accept the October 1, 2012 edition.
