USCIS Message Regarding Revisions to e-Request

USCIS message that e-Request, its online customer service inquiry tool, has a new look. Also, beginning 2/15/14, customers can submit requests for disability accommodations through e-Request. Customers using the online Change of Address tool are also now able to print copies of their AR-11.
