USCIS Seeks Comments on Adjustment of Status Policies and Guidance
USCIS seeks comments and input on an addition to the USCIS Policy Manual regarding adjustment of status policies and procedures and section 245(a) adjustments. Comments on the new or revised policy guidance are due by 3/10/16. Guidance is effective as of 2/25/16.
