USCIS Seeks Comments on Proposed Changes to E-Verify

On 5/20/16, USCIS published a 30-day notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment on proposed changes to E-Verify. In response to the public comments USCIS received, USCIS made several updates. Comments can still be submitted until 6/20/16.
