USCIS Update Regarding Delayed Immediate Relative Petitions

USCIS update regarding its plan to expedite adjudication of delayed Forms I-130 that were transferred from CSC to TSC in November 2010. The 2/9/11 alert advising that petitioners will see an action on their case from either CSC or TSC by the end of February is attached.
