USCIS Posts Updated Edition of Form G-1041 and Form G-1041A

USCIS published an updated edition of Form G-1041, Genealogy Index Search Request, and Form G-1041A, Genealogy Records Request. The new edition date for both forms is 5/19/16. Starting 8/8/16, USCIS will only accept the 5/19/16 edition of both forms.
