USCIS Updates Filing Location for U Nonimmigrant-Based Form I-485s

USCIS announced that U nonimmigrants applying to become lawful permanent residents must now file Form I-485 only at the Nebraska Service Center and not the Vermont Service Center. Applications filed after 4/12/23 at the wrong service center will be rejected.
