USCIS Will Accept CW-1 Petitions for FY2018 Beginning April 3, 2017

USCIS notice that on 4/3/17, USCIS will begin accepting CW-1 petitions subject to the FY2018 cap. The cap for CW-1 visas for FY2018 has not been set, but it is required to be less than the FY2017 cap, which is currently set at 12,998.
