USCIS Will Accept H-1B Petitions for FY2017 Beginning April 1, 2016

On 4/1/16, USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions subject to the FY2017 cap. USCIS expects to receive more than 65,000 petitions during the first five business days of this year’s program and will begin premium processing no later than 5/16/16.
