USCIS Will Apply 20,000 Fiscal 2005 H-1B Numbers to All Qualified H-1Bs

USCIS indicates that availability of the 20,000 H-1B numbers for FY2005 as a result of the exemption will NOT be limited to individuals holding a master's or higher from a U.S. university, but instead will be applied to all qualified H-1B nonimmigrants.
