USCIS Will Delay Implementation of Direct Mail Program for N-400s
On 10/8/08 USCIS announced that it will delay implementation of Direct Mail Program for the N-400, Application for Naturalization. A Federal Register notice is scheduled to be published 10/10/08, announcing this delay.
