USCIS Leaves Gap in Employment Authorization for Some Salvadoran TPS Applicants

USCIS indicates what actions are taken for Salvadoran TPS applicants who have not yet received their work authorization documents. Although the blanket authorization expires today, the government has failed to make provision to authorize those whose cases it was unable to process in a timely manner.
