USDA Release of 2014 Farm Labor Survey

DOL news release that on 11/20/14, USDA issued the Farm Labor Survey report which establishes the average annual wage rates, by region and the U.S. for field and livestock workers. DOL relies on the average annual combined hourly wage to establish the Adverse Effect Wage Rates in the H-2A program.
