DOS posted the December 2022 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the DV, the scheduled expiration of the employment fourth preference religious workers category, visa availability in the employment first category for China and India, and more.
USCIS determined that for December 2022, both family-based and employment-based adjustment applicants must use the Dates for Filing chart.
