DOS posted the August 2022 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the DV-2023 results, establishment of F2A preference final action date, and more.
USCIS determined that for August 2022, all family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart. All employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action chart.
