DOS posted the January 2024 Visa Bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the diversity visa (DV) for January, DV immigrant category rank cut-offs that will apply in February, the extension of the EB-4 religious workers category until 2/2/24, and more.
For Family-Sponsored Filings:
For all family-sponsored preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for January 2024.
For Employment-Based Preference Filings:
For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for January 2024.
