DOS posted the March 2021 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing for family and employment-based petitions, it contains notes on the DV category, DV category rank cut-offs which will apply in April, reporting changes of address for cases being processed overseas, and more.
On February 23, 2021, USCIS determined that for March 2021, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart. Applicants in all other family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart. Applicants in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
