DOS posted the March 2022 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the DV category including DV-2022 results, expiration of I5 and R5 visa categories, scheduled expiration of SR category, and more.
Note: USCIS determined that for March 2022, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart. Applicants in all other family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart. For all employment-based preference categories, except for EB-5 adjustment of status applications based on the regional center program, must use the Dates of Filing chart.
