Note: On April 19, 2016, USCIS advised that for family-sponsored filings, you may use the Dates for Filing Visa Applications chart for May 2016. USCIS has determined that for employment-based filings, the Application Final Action Dates in the DOS Visa Bulletin for May 2016 must be used.
Note: On April 21, 2016, USCIS updated its Adjustment of Status Filing Charts from the Visa Bulletin page on USCIS.gov to indicate that for May 2016, both family-sponsored filings and employment-based filings should use the Application Final Action Dates chart in the DOS Visa Bulletin.
