DOS posted the November 2021 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the diversity visa, scheduled expiration of I5 and R5 visa categories, explanation of the numerical control system, as well as the annual and per-country limits, “Chats with Charlie,” and more.

The next "Chats with Charlie" on the DOS YouTube Channel will take place on October 26, 2021, at 1:00 pm (ET) to discuss the November Visa Bulletin. Questions can be emailed to VisaBulletin@state.gov ahead of the event with “Chat with Charlie Question” in the subject line.

Note: As of October 14, 2021, USCIS has advised that in November 2021, it will accept adjustment of status applications for family– or employment-based petitions based on filing dates in all categories except F2A and EB-5.
