DOS posted the Visa Bulletin for October 2019. In addition to the final action dates and dates for filing applications, the bulletin includes notes on the scheduled expiration of two visa categories and visa availability in the coming months.
On September 18, 2019, USCIS determined for that October 2019, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart for October 2019. Applicants in all other family- and employment-based preference categories must use the Dates for Filing charts.
