Visa Bulletin for September 2024

8/2/24 AILA Doc. No. 24080800. Adjustment of Status, Business Immigration, Consular Processing, Family Immigration, Family-Based Immigrants

DOS posted the September 2024 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on FY2025 diversity visa, visa availability for EB-3 and "other workers", and that most employment-based preference category limits for FY2024 are expected to be reached during September, if not sooner.

USCIS has not released its adjustment of status filing charts as of August 8, 2024.
