USCIS Announces Consideration of “Anti-Americanism” in Immigrant Benefit Requests

USCIS announced updated guidance for considering past requests for parole, alleged involvement in anti-American or terrorist organizations, and alleged antisemitic activity for certain immigration benefit requests. Separately, USCIS has expanded the types of benefit requests that receive social media vetting, and reviews for "anti-American activity" will be added to that vetting.
