AILA and Council Submit Comment on Schedule A Request for Input

AILA and the American Immigration Council submitted a comment to DOL with recommendations on how to modernize Schedule A as a flexible tool that would help the U.S. economy, U.S. employers and workers, and DOL resources. Members are encouraged to submit their own comments by May 13.
