CBP Releases Screening Guide for Unaccompanied Children

CBP released a screening guide with which officers and agents will assess an unaccompanied child's ability to make an independent decision to withdraw their application for admissions to the U.S. The guide provides sections on indicators of human trafficking, and fear of return screening questions.
