CDC Releases 2008 TB Technical Instructions for Civil Surgeons

In May 2008, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released new TB Component of Technical Instructions for the Medical Examination of Aliens in the United States, effective May 1, 2008. FAQs were also released.

In addition, the Immigrant, Refugee, and Migrant Health Branch of the CDC sent a memo to civil surgeons regarding the updated instructions on May 1, 2008.
