CIS Ombudsman’s Recommendation Regarding Employment Authorization Documents

CIS Ombudsman’s 3/20/06 recommendation that USCIS issue multi-year EADs, have validity dates start from the expiration date of the previous issued document, and amend regulations so K-1 nonimmigrants are not subject to breaks in employment authorization.
