DOL notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) which would require e-filing and e-service for persons represented by attorneys or representatives in proceedings before the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ). The NPRM is a companion to the direct final rule published at 86 FR 1800. If DOL receives significant adverse comments in response to the direct final rule, this NPRM will provide the procedural framework to finalize the rule. Comments are due 2/10/21.
