DOL Notice Regarding OFLC Emergency Processing Initiative for Backlogged H-2B Applications
DOL will accept requests from H-2B employers to use emergency processing procedures beginning 2/22/16 through 4/1/16. Notice includes conditions and procedures for the application of emergency procedures, the expedited recruitment of U.S. workers, and timeframes for expedited procedures.
