DOS Responds to AILA’s Letter Urging EB-4 Administrative Action

DOS responded to AILA’s letter urging EB-4 administrative action. The letter notes that DOS understands the concerns surrounding the change in interpretation but that they are unaware of any authority that would have permitted a transition period.
