E-Verify Provides Updates on EAD Extensions for Syrian TPS Holders

E-Verify provided guidance on how to complete I-9 forms for Syrian TPS recipients with EADs with original expiration dates of Sept. 30, 2025, March 31, 2024, Sept. 30, 2022, or March 31, 2021, that were extended due to the court order in Dahlia Doe v. Noem. E-Verify has directed impacted individuals to write in the expiration date fields "as per court order" in Section 1 and "March 13, 2026" in Section 2 of the I-9 form.
