EOIR Issues Flyer on Cancellation of Removal

EOIR published a flyer on cancellation of removal for non-permanent residents, available for download on the Access EOIR webpage. The flyer provides basic information on eligibility for cancellation of removal, and importantly, it informs individuals of the 4,000-visa limit per year that may result in their cancellation application not being approved for several years. The flyer is currently available in English only but will be published in additional languages in the future. It also has QR codes that link to important EOIR and USCIS web pages.
