Executive Order on the Gold Card

On 9/19/25, President Trump signed Executive Order 14351 announcing the Gold Card, a new visa program. To be eligible, a person must make an unrestricted gift of $1 million to the Department of Commerce, or $2 million if a corporation gives the gift on behalf of an individual. (90 FR 46031, 9/24/25)
