Federal Court Blocks Key Portions of IFR Changing BIA Appellate Procedures

A federal court issued a summary judgement blocking key portions of the Appellate Procedures for the Board of Immigration Appeals interim final rule from taking effect, including provisions allowing summary dismissal of appeals and shortening the appeal deadline to 10 days.
