DOL announced it will be conducting onducting system maintenance on the Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) System on 1/30/26, 8:30 PM-11:00 PM ET. System users may experience issues or delays submitting cases during this time.

Scheduled Maintenance

On Friday, January 30, 2026, between 8:30 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time, the U.S. Department of Labor will be conducting system maintenance on the Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) System.
