On 2/27/18, USCIS announced that the cap for the 2nd half of FY2018 was reached.

On 12/11/17, USCIS announced that the cap for the first half of FY2018 was reached.

 


 

December 12, 2017

On 12/11/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 26,966 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 19,903 beneficiaries approved and 7,063 beneficiaries pending.

 


 

November 28, 2017

On 11/28/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 22,204 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 17,290 beneficiaries approved and 4,914 beneficiaries pending.

On 11/14/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 18,666 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 15,213 beneficiaries approved and 3,453 beneficiaries pending.

On 10/30/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 14,725 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 12,913 beneficiaries approved and 1,812 beneficiaries pending.

On 10/16/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 13,212 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 11,456 beneficiaries approved and 1,756 beneficiaries pending.

On 10/5/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 12,501 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 10,506 beneficiaries approved and 1,995 beneficiaries pending.

On 9/18/17, USCIS updated its H-2B cap count for FY2018, stating that it has received 7,886 beneficiaries towards the 33,000 cap for the first half of FY2018, with 6,418 approved and 1,468 beneficiaries pending.
