HHS Request for Comments on Proposed Changes to Forms for Services Provided to UACs

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) requests comments on proposed changes to several forms that allow the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program to continue providing services to UACs in ORR care. ORR proposes to discontinue the use of 6 forms, transfer 10 forms to new information collections, and revise 5 existing forms. Comments are due by 5/29/25. (90 FR 17821, 4/29/25)
