HHS Comment Request on New Form for Services for Unaccompanied Children with Disabilities

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requests comments on a new form, the Individualized Section 504 Service Plan (Form S–25), that will allow the Unaccompanied Children Bureau to provide services to unaccompanied children (UACs) identified as having a disability.
