On 1/12/17, Representative John Carter (R-TX) introduced a bill to amend the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to eliminate the special repatriation requirements for unaccompanied children who are nationals or residents of a country bordering the U.S.
